The Watertower Early Opportunity Fund is a direct investment fund backed by a network of high impact Limited Partners whose proven track records, industry specific expertise and global network of relationships help to shape, build and improve the likelihood of success for the companies we elect to invest in, and work closely with. The Watertower Early Opportunity Fund makes between 3 and 4 investments per year ranging in size from $100,000 to $1,000,000. Investments are made in the form of equity and the stage of company can range from early formation to middle stage companies preparing for a future investment from tier- one Venture Capital Investors.
The deal matrix is a critical component in our investment process. Only those companies who meet each of the 10 specific investment criteria will be considered for investment. The required deal attributes are:

• Working technology or product
• Existing enterprise customers or consumer deployment
• Must be a disruptive market changing company
• The majority of senior management in place
• Require between $100,000 - $1,000,000 to prove a major company changing event
• Will need to raise additional capital from Tier-One Venture Capital
• Sustainable competitive advantage
• Global market opportunity
• US domiciled company
• WTG will manage all aspect related to future fund raising efforts on behalf of the company to ensure success and protection of our invested capital
